The Vedas were essentially preserved by an oral tradition for the first couple of millennia and Vedic Smrties were handed down from generation to generation by word of mouth. This tradition emphasized the preservation of the actual sound of the Vedas much above their meaning and interpretation.

This oral tradition has been preserved through a Guru-Shishya  tradition of preceptor and disciple through generations, lest errors in pronunciation creep in while reciting the written text.  "Dharma protects one who protects it". Any one can take up the path laid out in the Vedas. He can also do Dharma towards the cause of Vedic Education.

As a Trustee of this trust, I appeal to you all for your liberal and valuable contribution to promote the study of Vedas. The Trust enjoys 80G income tax benefit for the donors. Please send your contributions by crossed cheque in favour of SEETHA RAMA GURUKULM TRUST at the above address
